Refund Policy

Refunds/Exchanges
We do no accept ANY refunds or exchanges. All items are final sale and we do not do refunds in the form of cash, credit, PayPal credit or store credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will do our best to make it right.

Customers must contact us within 30 days of ordering if there are any problems or delays with the shipment of their order.
Any issues beyond the 30 day period will solely be the customer's responsibility. There will not be any refunds or assistance offered.

Packages that is shown as delivered by the tracking number will be solely the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local post office or neighbors if there are any mistakes or issues. Only if the package arrives damaged or issues can be resolved to the best of our abilities.
